La 76esima edizione degli Emmy Awards si è tenuta questa domenica sera, in una cerimonia condotta da Eugene e Dan Levy e trasmessa su ABC, in diretta dal Peacock Theatre di Los Angeles.
Dopo le 28 nomination agli Emmy 2024, Shogun porta a casa 18 statuette stabilendo un nuovo record, compresa quella per la miglior serie drammatica dell’anno. Hiroyuki Sanada e Anna Sawai hanno ritirato l’Emmy per il miglior attore e la miglior attrice protagonisti in una serie drammatica. Per The Bear, 11 statuette nella notte che ha visto Jeremy Allen White ritirare nuovamente il premio. Anche la serie comedy stabilisce un nuovo record segnato in precedenza dalla stessa The Bear agli Emmy del 2023, come riportato dal sito TVLine.
